Trinco's Project Management Approach

Trinco has brought together staff with substantial experience providing Project Management on Mega Projects around the U.S.. These advisors will offer tested tools and be able to share best practices from past experiences. The team’s knowledge and advanced planning will help to manage change and avoid claims that would otherwise impact the schedule and cost of project implementation.

To ensure that the project is managed on-budget, the team will use a variance analysis approach to monitor each component of a project budgets. Each month’s expenditures will be compared with the established budget for each component, with the main focus of keeping expenditures below budget while still maintaining quality. Each month budgets are examined in reference to the pre-determined schedule to avoid fiscal problems. Trinco’s process is designed to ensure that budget conscious projects are delivered in a fiscally responsible manner while still maintaining top quality.
